Dears,
we have installed a new WS12-250-DC on our site but after about 1 month suddenly it turned off, led power was off also; there were no storms or surges, we have other netonix ws on same site and it was working good.
We have changed switch with a new one and now we would like to know how can we resolve the issue. Can we open switch to check inside if it is a power supply issue or we have to ask an RMA?

the best thing is to request RAM for the unit.

We are in Italy, do you seggest to request RMA in your wharehouse or from Varia Store, our distributor in Germany ?
