EC-13-B3 not in http://standards-oui.ieee.org/oui.txt

Both of my Netonix switches have MACs that start with EC:13:B3 but when I look for that OUI in http://standards-oui.ieee.org/oui.txt only EC-13-B2 is there. Waddup widdat?

It's called a mistake/typo, we are working on purchasing that block as well
