Good morning.
-- Crimped 5 terminals onto cables without first turning off Wisp Switch
-- All ports that were shorted were 24V Auto sense (were being used for Ubiquiti Rocket M5s)
-- Fried the LAN ports, obviously. All 12 ports do not link up
-- Fan and power light, and three little lights on the PS-250W-DC board
still turn on
-- This occurred in Argentina, during coronavirus lock-down, and financial crisis... options for shipping to and from North America are limited
-- Time is of the essence, and $$ is not plentiful
-- I noticed that you sell individual boards, the PS-250W-DC
and the WS-12-RB
-- If you had to make an educated guess... which of the two boards need replacement (or both)? Is there any way I can do a test from here to determine which is board?
--Considering shipping times and shipping costs, what do you think is my best option? Ordering a new unit? replacing a board? Sending it in for service?
Thanks in advance
