1.5.5 WS-12-250-AC won't pass DHCP

Hey everyone,
I think I should first point out that I've deployed dozens of Netonix switches (WS-6-Mini all the way to WS-26-400-AC) with zero issues. These last two switches I've received (WS-26-400-AC & WS-12-250-AC) will not pass DHCP addresses. They'll receive a DHCP address but will not pass DHCP address requests. I have NTP on. The device is a known whitelisted device on our IPAM and DHCP. The whitelisted device (laptop) will receive an IP address no problem when the cat5e cable is swapped from the Netonix to it. If I return the cable to the Netonix, the Netonix receives an address just fine. When I plug my laptop into the Netonix, it won't receive an address.
I've done a firmware reset and the issue still persists. I have even duplicated a deployed WS-12-250-AC that is 1.5.0 and the issue still persists on the 1.5.5 Netonix.
The only config changes I have made are Staticv4 -> DHCPv4 & NTP enabled. That's really it!
What am I missing here? I'd hate to downgrade the firmware, but it seems like that's really the only option left.
I am really starting to question my own intelligence.
Thanks!
