Which components power WS-24-400A rev C port 7?

D13, U39, R69, R43, U14, R11, U3? I assume TR8 is also a potentially damaged component? Do I have the right "column"?
Yes, this is my fault. This morning was my first time working with ui and netonix kit, I didn't rtfm and assumed both were 802.3af as opposed to neither. I was able to repair the AP's by replacing the TVP diodes, but the switch port is damaged too.
The port reports max current when POE is enabled. Port works as a gigabit port while PoE is off. No component appears visibly degraded, or thermally atypical. The voltage is correct for all three settings (so, Mosfets theoretically good?), but a (repaired and working fine) AP doesn't light up when connected.
Based on previous comments on the forum, most likely culprits are U14 and R11, correct?
Given that you no longer repair switches past 1y anyway, i don't supposed you'd consider sharing the schematic for this older model to help me diagnose the fault?
Thanks all.
