Paid for RMA, Switch was returned & port still doesn't work

Original RMA 20200104.
We went through an RMA process on a switch less than a year old. You said it probably had a short circuit and I needed to pay $75 for repair. I received it back today and Port 3 is working, port 1 is still not working. We said in the RMA port 1 wasn't working. The port is still not working after we have received the switch back from the RMA we paid for. Here's a clip from the original RMA.
I am not going to pay for another RMA + shipping on a switch you didn't fix in the first place. How should I proceed?

SO Ian did this repair.
I see that his diagnostics showed problem with Port 1 and Port 3 but his notes only show 1 Ethernet Transformer replaced.

I guess you need to open a new RMA and send it back, sorry. We will replace the ET on port 1 and see if that fixes it, if it does then we will fix and return for free but if the PHY is damaged in the SOC which I doubt but would require a replacement board we would deduct the first repair fee from that fee.

yes. it says I only changed 1 transformer is because port 1 and 3 share the same transformer. And after I replaced it I checked it with a radio that has a 100meter ethernet cable plugged into it. And both port 1 and 3 appeared fine.

Check your tester, when I got it back it didn't work. I went to go confirm today and it still didn't work, then I discovered there are two screws missing in the case. You all forgot to put two screws back in so the case isn't secured anymore. I can't believe this has been so hard to get corrected on a device that we had less than a year. I am not going to return it again and then be told it's somehow our fault it's broken still and have to pay again. I'm not going to waste any more time on this, lesson learned and we won't be buying any more Netonix products.
