Question about board voltage reading in GUI

Device -> Status
Hey fellas I got a netonix switch in production with some strange voltage readings in Device - > Status

The 48v and 24v board readouts are at -0.7v, 3v board is 0v

I have a 5AC prism getting power from the switch and it's reading no wattage.

Wondering if this is a bug, or should I dispatch to pull the switch and default/reprogram or RMA?

Thank you.

Could be a bug, a good first step would be to update the switch to the latest 1.5.6

However, you'd be going up a few minor versions so please read this

The synopsis being that you may need to default the switch after the update and reconfigure it.

However, if these values were reading just fine before and all of a sudden they just stopped. Probably a sensor failed. Which would require an RMA to be fixed.
