Adjust watchdog power-off duration?

I have some devices that don't like being powered off for only a short period. They like 30-60 seconds of rest time before being powered back on.

Is there a way to adjust the power-off duration used by the ping watchdog, and as used by the "Port Bounce POE" function on the Status page?

In the config.json file PingWatchdogs section I found the CutPowerFor parameter, and tried changing the default value of 10 to 50, but my change appeared to have no effect.

At present, this is not possible, however it's not hard to implement I will add it to the todo list for the next release.
