Newbie here,
Looking for advice.
I have a 26 port AC switch one of the Techs dropped off. Not sure what the original issue was but now.
I log in and get the lost communication error message, Default IP.
Reset button does not work.
Have recovered if with recovery tool and to firmware 1.56.
Can log in via ssh.
Can upload firmware from gui but make no changes.
Only ports 1-12 work.
Any ideas?
Rgds & confused.

Re: Switch issues
No results when command applied.
Other show commands return info, ie vlan & configuration.
Firmware 1.5.6 in place but tried 8 & 9.
Thx

Re: Switch issues
If it's still not behaving properly then I'm lead to believe that there must be some hardware damage on the unit. So it will have to be RMA'd
