Upgrade to 1.5.8 bricked switch

Upgrade from 1.5.5 messed up 2 switches.
One a WS 8 -150 - DC stayed off line for nearly 2 hours then came back up and worked as it should.
One a WS 6 -POE seems to have lost its programming. Poe ports are no longer powered up and the #1 port lights up when powered up and the lan light is on but it does not seem to have an IP address. It does not have a serial port so I have no idea how to recover it.
