Dead WS-12-250-AC

Good afternoon:

I have a WS-12-250-AC that died on me. It's only ~6 months old...maybe less. What's the process for getting a warranty repair?

If the unit "failed" it will be covered under warranty, however if the unit was damaged the tech will take pictures of the visible damage and post it on the RMA portal. We will repair damaged switches during the warranty period for a fee.
