DHCP and Multicast

Hi,
We have issue with DCHP broadcast requests and Netonix ( firmware 1.5.12 or 1.5.14).
We want to disable multicast on all ports, but when the multicast is disable on all ports, the dhcp broadcast (port 67 and 68) work only on the management VLAN. on all the other vlan the DHCP doesn't work.
tcpdump on the dhcp server : no request dhcp by the devices on other vlan than management.
Why ? We assume it's a bug, can you confirm please?
