I've had problems with Packet Loss from an indoor router to a outdoor ws-mini. After some testing I am sure it is the quality/length of the cable.
I replaced it and the packet loss is gone.
What leaded me in the wrong direction is that ws-mini did not show errors on this port. I guess there should be a lot FCS-Errors. Packet loss was massive.
FW=1.2.2.
Sure the error counter is correct?
Error counters OK?

Yes, the error counters are correct. From your description these errors should have been counted as "Rx CRC" in the Port Detail.

I checked the cable and found the ground was not connected to the housing of the plug. Seems this generates a condition where there are no errors shown in the statistics despite heavy packet loss.
