RMA Status

Good morning:
I'm just wondering if there's anywhere else I can go to get an update on the status of my RMA. I pulled it up on the RMA page and it just says "Status: Issued"...what does "issued" mean?
This RMA was created almost 2 months ago and I've never heard anything about it. Any help greatly appreciated.
