New WS-12-250-AC thinks it is a WS-8-150-AC

New, out of the sealed anti static bag, I have a WS-12-250-AC that thinks it is a WS-8-150-AC.
Is there a script I can run to fix this? I have both SSH and Serial access to the unit.

I think I found the issue. Used a different computer and got the correct GUI.
The browser cache must have been the problem.
If you are having this issue try clearing your cache!
