Netonix WS-26-400-IDC Fan speed

Hello,

This is a new product for our company and we had a few questions. We have 2 of these units and we see the fans on these will sometimes spin up to 17k for about 10 minutes or so and then settle back around 5-7k rpm. We also the switches just shut off also so are they triggered by temp to shut completely off? Is this normal for these switches?
