Hi There,

We currently have a malfunctioning unit, wich boots and 5 seconds after it reboots itself. Though serial cable we can start seeing the boot process, but even though we press the break key to stop the booting, it reboots itself.

Whats needed to send the unit for diagnosis and repair?
