Fan base speed option?

Hi.

I'm a user of the Wisp Switches. They work well in my applications.

Is it possible to request a configuration option that would force the fans on full time at a rated speed (1/4, 1/2 or full speed)? When I use a Wisp switch close to my temporary work area, the fan cycling makes me jump whenever it comes on. If I could force a constant fan mode as a config option, that would be great. 1/4 or 1/2 speed as a base rather than off would be less jarring when it spools up.

If the unit is getting hot, the fan could still increase RPM's, but return to the base speed, instead of off.
