WISPAPALOOZA - worth going to (from UK)

We operate a hybrid fibre and fixed wireless ISP in the UK and are wondering whether it's worth attending the WISPAPALOOZA (and Fibre weekend)?

Are the sessions and looking around the vendor's stands worthwhile?

Has anyone come away from a previous year's event and taken useful business, technological or other useful bits of information away that they wouldn't have otherwise got by scouring forums/websites.

And finally, is it very US-centric?
E.g. lots on US regulatory things, frequencies and products that can't be used in the UK?
