Hello,
I see the Netonix switches require +48DC. All of our DC plants are Telecom standard, so -48DC.
Is there a way to convert between the two?

Well you would want to use the WS-12-DC and an isolated power converter such as the one listed in this post.
You do not want the WS-8-150-DC or WS-12-250-DC as they are meant to hook to batteries direct on solar sites and accept a range of DC power whereas your power will be constant.
