Idea - when un-trunking a port the switch should automatically untag all vlan from this port - when you have several hundred vlan's it takes a few min to go through and unclick each one...
also - you probably have this already and i just dont know how to do it - can you just enter a bulk vlan like (vlan 1000 - 2000), and then you can go back and tag them.
and lastly - could you select to reorder vlan by number assending or decinding,,, kinda what ever your hearts desire is..
just a thought mr. fox....

Re: trunk vlan
How is the switch supposed to know which VLANs you want to leave a T on or are you suggesting it makes them all E or U which in my opinion would be wrong?

Re: trunk vlan
the toughswitch does that you can unselect trunk and it untags everything.. that would be much easier to unselect 200 plus with one click and then going back through and selecting the 15-20 you want...
make them all U for that one port,,,
make them all U for that one port,,,

Re: trunk vlan
I think he use the wrong term, not untag but exclude all vlan from a port.
If you set a port in trunk mode, all port except the untag one will be tagged. When you uncheck the trunk mode, every VLANs, except the untag one, are still tagged. I think he would like to be able to exclude all VLANs in one click. If I remeber well, on toughswitch, manual config is never lost and when you check trunk mode, every vlan are grey instead and can't be change so when you turn off trunk mode, the config is back to previous one before you set the port in trunk mode.
Maybe a other option would be to exclude all vlan from this port when you disable trunk mode, I think it would be more usefull than leave all VLANs tagged like currently. For mass change, CLI is currently more usefull. Maybe like he said, be able to select a range of vlan (with [shift] + click), and maybe be able to select non continous vlan with [Ctrl] + click to follow the standard, and change them all at the same time would be usefull, maybe had a "exclude all seclected" buton and "tag all selected" button on the VLANs tab.
