We just have a separate breaker in their main panel that runs up to our box.
I do not know about their ground rods as we just used our own.

OK so this is important information.
So confirm, you ran up a circuit / wire from grain mill service panel and put a receptacle in your box?
Then you put in ground rods where and for what?
Explain your ground rods and where they go and are connected to.
