NETONIX RESPONSE REQUIRED ASAP.

We have had 11 switches awaiting repair since october last year. One response mid april and it was to tell me everything would be back to normal early May, no response since and no switches returned as of yet June 3rd. Not acceptable under any standards. Our company has started looking at other options after over a dozen emails and phone calls going unanswered.
If someone from netonix would like to reach out ASAP that would be advised.

its sad but everyone should start eliminating their little by little their stock of Netonix switches. This company is already under the toiliet. Mikrotik has come out with a good 24 port POE switch that has 24/48 I will no longer buy netonix switches. the only hope is if another comany buys Netonix.
