I just got a switch shipped back to me from Netonix and it didnt come with the original rma# and no notes about what was found or if it was repaired,replaced,etc... all I have is the mac address off this switch and it doesnt match my previous RMA's that I can tell. is there a way to track this to figure out if I can send this unit back out?
I know about the View RMA page but I would need the original RMA number to go with that mac address so im kinda stuck
the Mac is EC:13:B2:D2:59:08 and its an WS-8-150-AC
