Notify when power comes back

I realize this isn't currently a feature in the switch firmware, but wondering how everyone else goes about this.

Currently, with the 24V setup we have, I have the switch set to notify me when it the switch reaches 26V and hibernates at 21V.

What I would really love to see, is a way for me to get notified if the voltage was under 26 and it now goes above 26V (power comes back)

I have Zabbix and LibreNMS just haven't found a way to do it and not get notified over and over again lol
