Hi,
Given the shortage of products, we dusted off our non-perfectly functioning equipment in the warehouse.
We have:
Nr. 6 WS-12-DC
Nr. 3 WS-12-250-DC
Nr. 2 WS-6
Nr. 6 WS-12-250-AC
Nr. 1 WS-8-150-AC
Nr. 2 WS-26-600-DC
We would like to send them to see if it is convenient to repair them and put them back into operation.
How can we proceed?

Re: Request Repair
AFAIK, recent changes were made WRT repairs where now only switches still within the warranty period can be sent for repair but you make no mention of their age.

Re: Request Repair
If you no longer repair equipment over 1 year old, do you have a new process for older equipment to get repaired?
Do you have any recommendations on repair facilities?
