How to turn on auto backup with CLI

Hey team,

I've encountered an issue where, although I successfully set the TFTP URL through the command line interface (CLI), the setting doesn't seem to activate. I'm wondering if there is a way to enable it through the CLI, or if it can only be done through the web interface.
