Can you provide a screenshot of the following VLAN config?
untagged ingress from ether 1 and add the vlan 101
untagged ingress from ether 2 and add the vlan 102
untagged ingress from ether 3 and add the vlan 103
ether 12 should be a trunk untagged stays untagged, vlan 101 ingress or egress stays vlan 101 etc.
Vlan configuration please help

Re: Vlan configuration please help
You just set "U" to VLAN 101 on port 1, "U" on VLAN 102 port 2, "U" on vlan 103, port 3 and leave everything else at "E" (exclude)
A trunk can't have multiple untag vlan, those VLANs should be tagged on trunk. Netonix trunk can be configured with VLAN all tagged or with a single VLAN untag (native VLAN).
Also, on netonix, like on toughswitch or HP Procurve, you don't have ingress and egress rules. A untag VLAN is untag on both side and the same for a tagged VLAN. VLAN in ingress not added on the switch config or exclude on the port are automatcly rejected.
