Feature request - add port name to email

It is a great addition to receive email alerts when there is an unexpected link change on a port, but for us it would be really helpful to add the name of the port to the subject line of the email.

Where we are we experience frequent loss of line power and we have a radio connected to a port that tells us when the power goes off. Each location uses a different port number therefore we have to log into the switch to see if it is a power off condition or something else.
