Re: Mikrotik TheDude - SNMP problem
Maybe a little more information could help.
What firmware version are you using on the switch? (I hope v1.4.5rc8)
Are you using our MIB file?
I know other people have reported they are using the Dude just fine but I personally have no experience with the Dude.

Re: Mikrotik TheDude - SNMP problem
I am actually running into a similar issue with Solarwinds. My issue is after upgrading firmware, the switch reads the wrong interface speeds and changes every poll with something different. It's flooding the server with event logs because it seems that all of our Netonix switches are doing this.
Firmware: 1.4.5rc7

Are you having any issues with the switch last boot time changing but it's actually not rebooting? I am having that issue as well as my interface bandwidth reporting 7Gb. This all happened after we updated the firmware a little over a week ago.

Re: Mikrotik TheDude - SNMP problem
Okay,
I was thinking this was all related to an SNMP bug. Still might be, but ill wait for Netonix to reply

Re: Mikrotik TheDude - SNMP problem
I'm hoping the OP is still around. I am having issues getting the dude to give me any information using the netonix MIBS. I do an snmp v2c crawl but nothing populates for the netonix MIB as a module. Any tips would be appreciated.

Re: Mikrotik TheDude - SNMP problem
I figured out my issue.
For anyone that runs into this issue.
In The Dude I had to right click on the device --> Settings --> Snmp Profile --> v2-public --> apply
Obviously, you would need to have SNMPv2 enabled on the Netonix.
