POE to Mini without traffic
So I was wondering. Is it currently possible to set up a Mini off another Wisp switch without passing traffic onto the "parent" wisp switch. i.e. Power only over ethernet. Shutting down actual ethernet traffic over that port from either the mini or the parent switch.... The reason is that I would like to have the mini on a separate network and have no way of traffic "leaking" over the 48V POE connection.

you can do that pretty easily by excluding port 1 from any VLAN on the 6-mini, also you should be powering with 48VH :)

You can do it many ways:
1) way sis like Julian said, remove from VLAN
2) uncheck the Enable box on the port on the Port's TAB on either or both switches
3) you can use VLANs to segregate the traffic but still allow you to access the switch UI
These are some ideas but there are probably more
