I'm 99.9% positive the answer is yes, but...

Can any tell me if this injector from Tycon Power: TP-DCDC-2456G-VHP will work to power this?

POE input on 6-mini has bridge rectifiers - as long as you're not putting both polarities on a single pair, it will work.

Should work fine.
