Hi folks, the company I work for recently bought a WS-8-150-AC Switch and I'm trying to configure it, in fact, my problem is that I can't access to it from a remote location inside my LAN. I already set up an ip address (192.168.20.139) that belongs to vlan 230 and vlan 230 is in trunk mode... but I can't access to the Switch from inside my LAN, the only way is just directly connected to it and that's not an option since the Switch is going to be in a remote site. Can anybody help me please?? Thanks in advance.

Can you post up a screen grab of your VLAN, Device/Status, and Device/Config TABs?

the management IP only responds on whatever VLAN is at the top of the list, if that's at all helpful.

thank you my friend, I already solved!!! just changed the vlan ID for the one I needed.
