HI,
I would like to request that in a future FW a new option is added, sooner rather than later would be great as I do not believe it would take much programming to add.
I would love to see a timer for port POE activation added. We have seen in the past that when you have a lot of 48v devices connected and a switch reboots or comes back after a power failure it struggles to come back up.
This happens randomly and is generally fixed by attending on site and disconnecting some of the 48v ports, once this is done the switch will come back up without issues. Once its up we just plug the other devices back in and no problems.
It seems too many devices running 48v makes the switch struggle with the initial load and goes into a reboot cycle.
Is this something that can be looked at, I would also like to know if others have experienced this.
I would also like to add that these switches are great and your team has done a awesome job with them, we have over 130 of them powering tower sites with minimal issues.

Some more information would help, let's start with Switch Model and Firmware version?
Also a screen grab if the Status and Device/Status TABs
There is a STAGGER or delay between powering up all the ports.
So if your turning on 4 ports it turns 1 on at a time waiting 0.5 seconds before turning up the next port.
