Power supply Input Voltage and Current not registering
Upgraded from 1.4.7 to 1.4.8 abd the Power Supply Input Voltage and Current bar graphs do not register (0.0 and NaNa.undefinded). Not able to calibrate Power Supply Calibration. I did the upgrade on the bench with a 12VDC power supply. I rebooted several times with no luck.

Re: Power supply Input Voltage and Current not registering
When you said reboot was this a reboot in the UI?
Try turning the power off for 10 seconds then power up.
How many watts is the power supply?
Should be at least 300 watts to handle the in rush demand of the WS-12-250-DC power supply.
Our SMART DC switches are designed to hook directly to battery banks where watts/amps are not an issue

We do use power supplies here in the factory but they are large LAB commercial power supplies where we can control the voltage and monitor watts drawn and the power supply is the size of old 286 Computer.

Re: Power supply Input Voltage and Current not registering
Reboot(s) were at the User Interface.
Did try turning off for 10 seconds.
Watts were much greater that 300 (850)
I now have it on 36VDC (3 deep cycle batteries in series). Went through the upgrade process again with no hitches. Still no voltage or current and not able to calibrate.

Will do.
I also have one that will not power up at all (no light or fans). I'll send both.
Appreciate your help.

Make sure you get an RMA # for each separate unit. You can ship both in same box bt each needs own RMA #
