WS-26-500-DC intermittent power issues??
I have a WS -26-500 DC (1.4.8) that powers down then back up once every 12 hours to 72 hours. The tower/commercial power/radio's are well grounded (per guidance from this site). I have changed out the 12V battery and charger with no resolve. Our tech guy say's there's an I2C error setting 0*47 14 122.

Try a firmware upgrade, 1.4.9 stable is the latest code.
Beyond that, it's possible that an RMA will be necessary, unfortunately

Upgraded from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9 and still had failures. What next?
We also started having the same issue on another like Netonix device on another tower in a different system. Again, well grounded. We upgraded firmware early this morning. We'll see what happens there.

We can fully test it out and see if there is a defectect, if not then at least you will know to look elsewhere.

Understand.
I'll need to RMA the first one since upgraded did not help. The second one we'll give it the wait and see.

Re: WS-26-500-DC intermittent power issues??
Good afternoon Chris-
There are two devices in question. Both are having the same issue (powering off/on repeatedly). The devices are on separate towers in different systems.
The ifirst device has already been taken out of service and replaced with another one. This one was upgraded to 1.4.9 from 1.4.8. Even after the upgrade we still had issues thus we pulled it. I'm hoping to RMA this one so that I can determine problem
The second device is still being utilized. We upgraded it from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9 early this morning. 8 1/2 hours later we've not experience a drop. I have included the requested Status screen shot of this one.

Re: WS-26-500-DC intermittent power issues??
I was wanting to look at the 48V voltage which is correct at 50V.
Should be 50V if all is good but if it shows 53V that "can" mean one of the 250W sides in the 500W is damaged.
So that looks good....
Please post up the Power TAB

Re: WS-26-500-DC intermittent power issues??
If you have SNMP logs showing the state of power supply voltage in the minutes leading up to a reboot, that will also be helpful, it's understandable if no such logs exist, though.
