Re: Question about the power tab in the dc switch GUI
The Power TAB does differnt things for differnt models.
Maybe specify your model and post up a screen shot showing the fields your asking about.

Re: Question about the power tab in the dc switch GUI
OK so those check boxes are present on all TABs with port configurations.
If you select any of those boxes a new line/row appears at the top then any change in that NEW line/row will be applied to all ports/row with that check box checked.
If you select the box at the top of that column it selects all ports then you can deselect individual ports.
This is explained in our video tutorial here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JvBEAD4MFM
And there are several posts on this such as this one:
https://forum.netonix.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5137&p=28542&hilit=+port+row#p28542
I used ADVANCED search and looked for "+port +row" author "sirhc" and the above post was the second post.
If you are new to our switches one should set one on the bench and play with the UI and CLI for bit to familiarize themselves with the switch before putting any in service.
Also one should read all the ANNOUCEMNET POSTS at the top of the WISP SWITCH/GENERAL DISCUSSION and WISP SWITCH/HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES forums. Announcement posts have the bullhorn logo to the left.
We made the UI/CLI pretty simple and if one simply plays with it such as in this case selected a couple of those ports they would see the line appear at the top and should be able to figure it out.
Spend time hovering the mouse over all input fields and look for help balloon pop ups.
Like I said many times, spend an hour playing with it before using it and if you have any questions first use the search feature on the forums and if that fails then ask but it really is pretty simple UI and CLI.
The CLI has inline help by pressing "?" and enter and it will display a list of commands available to where you are in the CLI just like Cisco CLI.
Also in the CLI if you type a partial command and then "?" and ENTER it shows you options to complete the command.

A side note, use the Print Screen key on your keyboard then insert/paste into something like MS PAINT and edit the graphic file rather then take a picture with your phone then edit it.
