Hello,
I'm new to the Netonix switches. We have just installed a few switches on site and the two ports that are connected to two separate diesel generators are showing as red in the web interface and when hovering show 10M-f. What does this mean and is there a manual somewhere that shows what the different colour port lights and status all means? The only thing I have found os far is the pdf maunal on the ws-8-150-dc page which does red as passive PoE however this doesn't seem to correspond as PoE is off for these ports.
Thanks,
Terry

Re: ws-8-150-dc port colors and status
Short answer is there are two colors for each port:
The outside color shows what PoE power option is being used.
The inside box color shows the port data rate (red = 10Mb, yellow = 100Mb, and green = Gb).
Hovering provides the information as you discovered: e.g. 10M-f is 10Mb data rate full duplex.

There is no manual that I am aware of.
