WS-8-150-DC voltage issues

We currently have a WS-8-150-DC installed in the field hooked up to a dual battery 12 volt power system. We are running a Ubiquiti LTU Pro onsite, will that model of switch supply 24 volt POE if the supply power system is only 12 volts?? also the same question for 48Volt POE if the system is 12 volt or 24 volt.
