Need help with Netonix.com Login and Verification Email

I'm not sure who to contact, but my old account for your online store wasn't working so I created a new account with my email:[url=mailto:tracyharmer@adaptive-communications.com]tracyharmer@adaptive-communications.com[/url]However, I never get the verification email. I checked my Spam and other emails, but no verification email.

I tried again with my personal gmail.com email and I still don't get any verification email.I am trying to order a replacement power supply, but when I try to check out it asks me to log in and I get the error message that my account is not verified (for both email accounts)

I am trying to order a PS-250W-DC Power Supply to fix one of my switches.
Please help so I can get logged in and order the part.
