Can you fill in the back story on why you need to have this twist? Someone that happens upon this thread may want to know.

ISTR that is has to do with the outer edges of a sector's polarity not being plumb/level due to the downtilt. Personally, I think there is a little more to it than the couple of degrees of downtilt, that the phased array elements in the antenna also add a bit of twist.
