issue accessing web ui, console ok.
I've got a WS-12-250-AC on firmware 1.3.9rc8 and I can get to the console but the web-ui is non-responsive... ideas?

uh, ok, figured it out. switch was DHCP and it lost connectivity to the DHCP server right at the expiration. Set to static and it came back up. Surprised I was able to get into the switch via ssh on the old IP but I'm ok with that ;) Glad the logs are decent, else I wouldn't have had a clue.

There are recent fixes to DHCP client in recent v1.3.8 or v1.3.9rcX, read release notes.

Rebel is already on the latest. Does he need to do a hard power cycle?

Re: issue accessing web ui, console ok.
Its been up since I set the static IP. I don't need dhcp, just installed the switch this morning and had some trouble with an AF5X cycling through a 1Gb negotiation because of a sketchy cable. Hadn't had a chance to set the IP, was working on diagnosing the bad cable etc. Funny, dhcp doesn't work so well on a link where the port is cycling on/off every 2 seconds.
