WS-12-250-DC does not wake up from Hibernation

I am going to have to exercise hibernate for real later today because of a 4 day snow storm. It is a 24 volt system that I am gong to hibernate at 20 and wake at 21. Were there changes between 1.3.8 and 1.3.9 that will affect this? Thanks for your help!

yes, there were some changes related to this for accuracy. Please use 1.3.9, thanks.
