firmware loosing web ui 1.3.9rc12 ws-12-250a

Sounds good I have tried accessing it from 3 different computers on connected via 3 different ports/AP's.
Im about to buy a spare switch, I should have an exact backup for it anyway

What browser are you using?

If not Chrome try using Chrome and see if it is still there. Recently there have been some issues with IE10 and FireFox reported.

I can not re-create this but I use Chrome.

It happened again today why I tried to use the mac tool.
Im ordering a new switch from you today currently.
I currently use the WS-12-250A but they are currently out of stock
I don't see any major differences between it and the WS-12-250-AC?
If you ever want remote access to check out the switch im happy to provide it.

Im going to try downgrading the firmware once I regain access to the switch

1) The WS-12-250A is very similar to the WS-12-250-AC except it is smaller and requires the optional rack mount ears to mount in rack.
We are phasing out the WS-12-250A soon in favor of the smaller WS-12-250-AC.
If you really want the WS-12-250A then Streakwave does have it in stock

2) You have upgraded to v1.3.9 and this still happens?

How many items are in your MAC table?

Can you re-create this as to demonstrate it with us Team Viewer in?

Have you tried to see if this happens from another computer or just this one?

When this happens you can SSH into the switch and issue the command "reload cold" which will reboot the switch.

Or maybe the better thing to do is swap it out and see if the issue remains.

I can give you team viewer access right now, it is currently sitting at a page that says "500-internal server error."
but its still passing traffic and I have ssh access. running version 1.3.9rc13

mac table is less than 300.
I have tried accessing the switch when this happens from 3 different machines connected thru 3 different ports via team viewer.
should I issue the command or wait for you?
in the past I have rebooted the switch from the shell prompt via ssh and it does rectify the problem

When you lock it up is the network still working fine other than UI is locked?

yes everything works except the web ui
sometimes the log wont display via SSH and there are strange log entries after reboot as posted earlier in this thread

Can you put it on a valid IP or do we have to access it via Team View?
