It detect itself as the root so seem like BPDU don't pass through your PTP link. Are your PTP link in bridge mode ? Is WDS enable on the PTP ?

Thats is actually a great suggestion/catch, I would totally have overlooked that possibility and it is a very probable cause.

Yes, wds enabled, stp also on every single PTP link.

Try disabling STP on PTP link. Those must act as true bridge just like if it was a cable. Which kind of link ? Are those Ubnt link ?

@mike99 : that was the solution!
As soon as I had disabled STP on the link to one of those switches it recognized the root switch. I have disabled STP on all the PTP links and all the switches are ok now. The network is much faster than with the Toughswitches also! THANK YOU.

Then is recommended to disable STP in the ports that we have with PTP (AP or Station for PTP) and set On in the ports that we have Rockets M5 With Rocket M5 STP activated too ?

Most of time, it should be desactivated in the radio itself but enabled on the switch. In some case, you could want to disable it on the switch but should really know what your doing so understand how STP work else better leave it activated on the switch just in case of loop.
