That might have been fixed in earlierar versions though, i don't have the possibility to upgrade the switch at the moment and thought i would mention it.

Kind Regards

Can you include the relevant lines from the log?

Today, without provocation, the SNMP traffic monitoring off all 5 ports stopped at the same time. PRTG reported those as unreachable. I was getting SNMP traffic from a bunch of devices on the other side of the switch. Pings to the switch were fine. No other issues with the switch other than SNMP stopped.

No log entries at all for today on the Netonix (not unusual but nothing about SNMP stopping). The only way to get them back was to turn off SNMP on the switch and then turn it back on again. Everything has been fine since.

Error in PRTG: "No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)"

This could be related to the other SNMP bug I recently fixed. It will be in the next release.

Oh, what that is saying is "the first VLAN" rather than "the VLAN with ID 1". However, I can see how that can be confusing, so I will change it so that it uses "VLAN <ID>" instead.

Yesterday I made a configuration changes to a WS-12-250-DC running 1.3.9 to the general configuration screen, ie enabling SNMP and committed the changes.

After this I lost connectivity to it. I visited the device this morning and found it to be operating normally EXCEPT for its uplink which is an AF5X powered via 24VH, however it was turned off.

The logs showed:

Mar 7 16:29:04 switch[3819]: Port 1 has link, disabling PoE

I turned POE back on, on that port and its running as it should be again.

I should note that PS was still disabled on that port from when it was running an older firmware. I've turned it back on now.

That was a bug we fixed "I thought" several versions ago?

Please let us know if you experience that again.

First issue with 1.3.9

Model: WS-12-250-DC
Board Rev: E
Firmware Version: 1.3.9
Power Supply Firmware Version: 34

Mar 18 11:42:16 switch[797]: Power Supply Output Voltage is out of range (51.1V)

Not much of an issue really.
This unit was UG about a month ago with no issues (other than the one above) we have found.

I'm currently getting a 404 on the 1.3.9 link (firmware/wispswitch-1.3.9.bin).
