I don't think this is a bug but I am playing with my WS-12-250-AC at RF Armor and have downgraded and upgraded twice now to v1.3.9 and back to v1.4.0rc10
Now I am playing with IGMP, Discovery, and such trying to find anything that can cause a skew in Total Throughput graph.
I told Eric about it and he is skeptical of a bug.

Re: v1.4.0rcX Bug reports and comments
Chris thank you for your interest. I did try to disable/enable IGMP Snooping...looks like a change for a while.. I can see the same trafic up/down for a couple of minutes and then the same like the picture sent before. But more suspicious anomaly is trafic drops in the graps whitch are really not real.
Edit: I am not sure if this is since RC10 or RC9 already, but 100% never seen on 1.3.9.
Edit2: After more investigation..it looks like "any cfg change and Apply" will repair the graph for a while (no traffic drops, Rx/Tx the same)...but in max 1 minute...the graph is broken again.
Edit3: Another detail...the differencies Rx/Tx are caused by random Rx/Tx drops on ports 1 and 2 (AF24 there). Their separete graphs shows traffic drops sometimes and sometimes these drops are both together (port1/2) and sometimes only on one port of them. If only one, then in total throughput graph is visible like inconsistency of total Rx/Tx. These drops are not real - I am wathing traffic graphs on AF24s itself and on another switch before and after this Netonix
Edit4: Currently the described anomaly completely disappeared without any intervention - no more Rx/Tx drops on ports 1/2 continue watching...

See the picture:
* this is total throughput of all ports...there must be the same up and down
I don't understand why you think they should be the same. They sometimes are the same but not always.
You say the screenshot shows it is OK, so why post it and not one that shows the problem? It may helps us to understand what you are trying to say.
I don't know what Chris is seeing and I don't.
At the "moment" of the screenshot is the Rx/Tx the same - corect...but as you can see the graph a few seconds before...

Right after flashing RC10, when I logged in I saw the total peak a couple of times and then settle down. The duration of the peaks were so short that when I clicked on each port to try to determine what was drawing it, the 3 sec graph had passed by. I don't recall seeing that before and have not seen it since.
Les/Daniel
Hooked up I2C analyzer & found we had out of sync readings for first second, which could cause improper display values for first 1-2 seconds.
This has been fixed for next rc release.

Re: v1.4.0rcX Bug reports and comments
Hi Chris, did you read my previous post incl. all updates? Currently two more screenshots. There MUST BE something WRONG with the reported throughput. First picture is Netonix port with AF24 which currently reporting ZERO throughput for a while (look at up right corner and the graph). The second picture comes for the AF24 itself at the same moment where you can see the real throughput without any traffic drops.

We are looking into it.
I do believe there is something wrong with the graphs.

Re: v1.4.0rcX Bug reports and comments
Daniel,
This may take a couple days to track down, sorry.
One thing I noticed is if you go to the Device/Configuration Tab and Turn OFF or ON LLDP which has nothing to do with the problem but forces the switch stats collection Daemon to restart and flushes the graph data then the graphs appear to work normally for period of time (yet to be determined).
Please confirm this works for you as well: go to Device/Configuration Tab and either Enable or Disable LLDP and Save/Apply and graphs should work normally for awhile?
The next thing is to figure out how long until they mess up again, if you figure it out let me know, I need to gather data then go to Eric.
