As a feature suggestion, I would like to be able to bulk modify certain fields across multiple switches. For example say I wanted to add a vlan in our network across 20 or 50 switches. So some ideas off the top of my head would be:
Add or modify: Vlan/NTP/Syslog/SMTP/SSH/SNMP/Credentials/Auto Backup/Watchdogs
Add a backup to manager checkbox to automatically backup to the server running the manager. Then be able to restore a config from the manager
Netonix Manager / Control Software

Re: Netonix Manager / Control Software
This was all looking good for around the first 10-15 Devices added, then it froze and now it just displays the first two entries only, however I have had email alerts about the devices, and I cannot re-add them, so they must still be present.
Has anyone else had a similar thing? I am running this on a Ubuntu Server.

Re: Netonix Manager / Control Software
I added 20 devices today after speaking with Chris. Logged in from home and only see 10 devices now. Try to add the ones I know are missing, and it warns that those devices already exist, although none show up. Interesting.

Restarted the service in POS windows and reloaded. All 21 switches are showing up now. Looks like a scheduled firmware upgrade crashed the service also.

@Chris -
I have one switch that keeps trigger an 'offline' event. I don't see anywhere to customize how many 'unreachable' events happen before it is marked 'offline'. I'm not dropping any packets through this switch back to our gateway where the control software is, and all switches on the network are running 1.4.0rc25, but this one keeps triggering an offline event and I get an email.

I am not sure Tony? But then again I run the Linux version which I do not have that issue.
I guess keep trying to figure out what is causing the issue and we can fix it.
I know someone else was running a windows version and had to disable something to get it working right.

Re: Netonix Manager / Control Software
The update to RC6 was easy on a windows VM. I actually initiated it from another machine I was using to access the interface.
I manually refreshed after waiting on it to upgrade for a while and it had finished.
Update: tried to update switches to 1.4.0 final... getting an error
Version 1.0.0rc6 starting up
5/20/2016 9:28:41 PM Upgrading device xxxxxxx from 1.4.0rc25 with firmware wispswitch-1.4.0.bin

I just published 1.0.0rc7 to fix this.
I recommend doing a download/install rather than an update from within the GUI as I added some code to send crash reports to help track down the cause of crashes.
You can download from netonix-manager/
If it does crash (and restarts itself) it will now write a crash log. The next time you log into the GUI there will be a red notice at the top. You can click on it to send the crash report to us (assuming the machine running Netonix Manager has internet access).
