Just did some testing, before and after the upgrade to 1.4.1rc2.

Before the upgrade that the behavior is:

-With STP ENABLED AND Discovery ENABLED, port 3 (where the Rocket 5AC Prism lives) forwards packets and works fine, but switch runs at 100% CPU
-With STP enabled AND Discovery DISABLED, port 3 stops forwarding (shown in the log and in the STP tab, but switch runs at normal CPU usage
-With STP disabled AND Discovery ENABLED, port 3 forwards properly, CPU usage is high.

After the upgrade I'm seeing the exact same thing. Very repeatable.

What else can I collect?

Try rebooting after enabling/disabling STP or discovery and see if that changes things.

I've been rebooting between various changes, the above behavior remains.

Is there a way to do a packet capture on the switch itself (pcap format)?

FWIW, the other Netonix that's behind the Rocket AC and a PowerBeam AC was upgraded as well. It does not exhibit the STP blocking, but it does still exhibit the "high CPU when discovery is enabled" issue.

What would help is to get Eric access to the switch tomorrow, maybe via Team View?

Send Eric a PM with contact info.
