Colleague here,
We've migrated everything on this tower to another WS-6-Mini and have had no issues -- I'm betting on the switch being a faulty unit.
Noting else changed, same terminations on all wires, same POE Injector, same wire from injector to switch.
What does your RMA process involve? We have had nothing but incredible results with your switches up until this device.
We've used Netonix devices for ALL our pops since we first purchased a WS-12-250DC, they're an outstanding product and we don't plan on changing that.
Please let us know how to go about getting a replacement for this device.
